However, they didn't have a database. Concise Direct Mail implemented a database building program at one store as a trial. Within three weeks, there were over 800 customers captured into a database. We then designed an annual marketing package centred around communications with current customers and applied this State wide. They needed a way of retaining customers as children grow so we setup a Kids Club, printed 1,000 membership cards and started building a database. We were able to monitor the results with our web stats software. Case Study - Bunbury Camping Retailer. Their catalogues are delivered directly to us, we design and print the promotion and then insert everything into an envelope and send it direct to the customer. We send out around 10,000 items a year. Case Study: Well known charity wants to target females between the age of 45 and 65 living in Queensland. Concise sourced a database matching the demographics, designed a campaign in house and then printed the campaign, folded, inserted and posted all while keeping a single point of contact. A little over 300 leads were collected and the following week we sent out a letter direct to the customer and followed up with a sms on the morning of the sale.

After compiling the data, a marketing campaign was developed and consisted of a introduction letter to the winery with a coupon offering a discount off a case of the wine they tasted at the festival.
